Job Title: Application Support Engineer L1 PL/SQL

Experience: 1.1 3 Years

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Notice Period: Immediate to 7 Days

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer L1 with hands-on experience in PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Postman API, and ITIL processes. Candidates must have experience working in the Life Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 Application Support for business-critical applications.
- Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues.
- Analyze application and database-related issues and provide timely resolution.
- Work with PL/SQL and PostgreSQL databases for queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform API testing and troubleshooting using Postman.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, service request,



and problem management.
- Coordinate with development and higher-level support teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain proper incident documentation and follow defined SLA processes.
