Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Analytical Chemist role based in Ahmedabad.

The Analytical

Chemist will perform routine and advanced laboratory analyses on water, wastewater, and related environmental samples to support process optimization and regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include preparing samples and reagents, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, executing standard test methods, and recording, interpreting, and reporting results with high accuracy. The role involves supporting quality control activities, assisting in method development and validation,



collaborating with R&D; and engineering teams, and adhering to safety, environmental, and documentation standards.

The Analytical

Chemist will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting analytical issues, and maintaining orderly lab records and inventories.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, handling of chemicals, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem solving, and application of standard analytical methods.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with experience in maintaining accuracy, precision, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Laboratory Equipment operation, calibration, and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including method optimization and support for new process or product development.
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with water and wastewater analysis, environmental regulations, and ISO or similar quality systems is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and readiness to work on-site in a laboratory environment.
