About the Role:

We are looking for CA Intermediate qualified professionals with 1-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a full-time, permanent role with a reputed MNC or large corporate organization.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on exposure to corporate accounting, financial reporting, general ledger activities, reconciliations, month-end closing and accounting controls. This role is suited for professionals looking to build their career within a structured global finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day corporate accounting and financial accounting activities.
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review accounting entries, journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Handle General Ledger (GL) activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and company processes.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and other finance teams for accounting-related activities.
- Support audit requirements, including preparation of schedules and supporting documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

- CA Intermediate qualified is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of post CA Intermediate qualification experience in a full-time, permanent role.
- Experience should preferably be with a large MNC, multinational organization or established large corporate.
- Strong hands-on experience in Corporate Accounting/ Financial Accounting.
- Good understanding of General Ledger, journal entries, reconciliations and financial closing activities.
- Exposure to financial reporting and accounting controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and exposure to ERP/ accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar platforms would be an advantage.

Preferred Background:

- Candidates currently working in or having experience with large MNCs, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), Big 4, large corporates or structured finance organizations will be preferred.
