Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating potential M&A; opportunities, including financial modelling,
industry research, and valuation analysis
- Support due diligence processes and preparation of investment memorandums
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive strategic
initiatives
- Develop and present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior
stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA (preferably with a finance specialization)
- Robust skills in financial modelling and presentation
- Minimum 5years of relevant experience in finance, investment banking, M&A;
advisory, or corporate strategy
- Preferably with prior exposure to M&A; processes, valuation techniques, and industry
research
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
