About the Role

We are looking for an Amazon Merch & Store Operations Coordinator with hands-on experience in Amazon Merch, Amazon storefronts, or Amazon e-commerce operations.

The role will support Amazon US, Canada, UK and Europe marketplaces, with a focus on storefront management, product/listing updates, launches, merchandising, and marketplace coordination.

Experience with Amazon Music store activations is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Launch and maintain Amazon storefronts and brand/artist stores.
- Support new product and release launches across Amazon marketplaces.
- Manage product placements for new releases and campaigns.
- Oversee listing and storefront audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support regional marketplace rollouts across US, Canada, UK and Europe.
- Coordinate Amazon Music store activations when required.
- Update storefronts for tours, album releases, seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Connect relevant listings/products to their respective storefronts.
- Research products, trends, keywords and merchandising opportunities.
- Optimise product titles, keywords and descriptions where required.




- Monitor store and product performance and maintain records in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure launches and updates are completed on time.
- Help improve launch speed and overall store execution.

Must-Have Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Merch, Amazon Storefronts or Amazon e-commerce operations.
- Good understanding of Amazon listings, catalogues and storefront management.
- Experience with Amazon marketplace operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple launches/updates.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good English communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work across Amazon US, Canada, UK and European marketplaces.

Valuable to Have
- Experience with Amazon Merch on Demand.
- Experience with Amazon Music / music-related storefronts or activations.
- Experience managing artist, brand or entertainment storefronts.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Kittl or similar design tools.
- Experience with Amazon keyword, trend and niche research.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and content.
- Understanding of trademark/copyright checks.
- Previous experience supporting album, tour, seasonal or promotional launches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
