– OTA Executive Industry: Hospitality Location: Mahipalpur, Recent Delhi (Near IGI Airport) Experience: 1–3 Years Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented OTA Executive to manage and optimize our hotel’s presence across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, rates, availability, promotions, and online listings to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities Manage hotel listings and inventory across major OTAs such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia , etc. Update and maintain room rates, availability, packages, and promotions. Monitor OTA bookings, cancellations, modifications, and no-shows.

Ensure rate parity and accurate room availability across all online channels. Handle guest queries and coordinate with the Front Office/Reservations team for booking-related issues. Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

Work on improving hotel visibility, ranking, reviews, and online reputation. Manage promotions, discounts, and special offers on OTA platforms. Prepare regular reports on bookings, revenue,



occupancy, ADR, cancellations, and channel performance.

Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure smooth handling of OTA reservations. Identify opportunities to increase online revenue and occupancy. Resolve discrepancies related to rates, inventory, payments, and reservations.

Requirements 1–3 years of relevant experience in OTA management, hotel reservations, or hospitality. Good working knowledge of major OTA platforms. Understanding of hotel inventory, room rates, occupancy, and revenue management. Valuable communication and coordination skills. Robust attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets .

Experience with hotel PMS/channel manager systems will be an advantage. Candidates from the hospitality/hotel industry are preferred.
