We are looking for an experienced OP Manager to oversee outpatient operations at a hospital in Vijayawada. The role involves managing day-to-day OP services, coordinating with clinical and support departments, improving patient flow, and ensuring productive outpatient operations.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or outpatient management.
Experience in managing outpatient department operations preferred.
Relevant qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Solid knowledge of hospital workflows and patient-service processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day outpatient department operations.
Monitor patient flow, registration, appointments, and service coordination.




Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and other departments.
Supervise OP staff and ensure efficient allocation of responsibilities.
Address operational and patient-service issues promptly.
Monitor waiting times and support improvements in patient experience.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Monitor departmental performance and identify areas for operational improvement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
