Key Responsibilities
Develop and fine-tune generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal systems) for business applications.
Partner with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to design scalable AI solutions.
Conduct research on emerging generative AI technologies and integrate them into companies offerings.
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI capabilities for clients.
Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI in all deployments.
Optimize models for performance, cost efficiency, and real-world applicability.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to company AI strategy and innovation roadmap.

Qualifications
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks (OpenAI,



Hugging Face, Anthropic, Stability AI, etc.).
Solid programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in applied AI within industries such as insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and AI ethics.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for clients.
