Key Responsibilities
Assist nurses in providing basic patient care and daily activities.
Support patients with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and positioning.
Monitor and report patients' basic needs and changes in condition to the nursing team.
Assist with patient transfer, transportation, and positioning as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas and assist with infection-control practices.
Support nurses during routine procedures and patient care activities.
Ensure proper handling and availability of basic patient-care equipment.
Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies, safety standards, and protocols.
Provide compassionate and respectful support to patients and their attendants.
