OpenText IDP Developer Minimum Qualifications:
BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
3–5 years of experience in document composition with solid hands-on expertise in OpenText IDP.
Experience developing and maintaining templates, business rules, and energetic content for customer communications.
Robust debugging skills with the ability to analyze composition issues and deliver reliable fixes.
Working knowledge of SDLC practices, version control, and release processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain OpenText IDP templates, communications, and output packages for print and digital channels.
Translate functional requirements into IDP design artifacts, data mappings, and composition logic.
Build reusable components (fragments, rules, shared content) to improve consistency and reduce delivery timelines.
Configure and validate outputs (PDF/AFP/PostScript/HTML as applicable), ensuring layout accuracy and brand compliance.
