Work Setting: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centre

We are looking for Nursing Staff with ANM/GNM qualification to work in our psychiatric rehabilitation centre. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the health condition of patients/inmates and provide appropriate nursing care.
Maintain regular medication as prescribed by the psychiatrist/medical specialists.
Monitor patients' vital signs, behaviour, mood, activities, self-care and overall health progress.
Observe and report any changes in patients' physical or mental health condition to the concerned medical team.
Maintain case files, medical records and other nursing documentation.
Assist doctors and psychiatrists during medical consultations and follow-up visits.
Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists,



social workers, nurses and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
Provide support during medical emergencies and arrange appropriate medical care when required.
Perform other nursing-related duties assigned by the organization.

Preferred Skills
Patience and empathy while working with psychiatric patients.
Basic understanding of psychiatric nursing and patient care.
Positive observation and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to work in a residential psychiatric rehabilitation setting.
