About the Role

Suroskie is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage end-to-end D2C/E-commerce operations, including warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, dispatch, logistics, returns, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily D2C/E-commerce operations and Order-to-Dispatch process.
Handle Unicommerce for orders, inventory, SKUs, returns, cancellations, and dispatch.
Oversee warehouse operations including picking, packing, packaging, and dispatch.
Manage RTO, NDR, returns, and reverse logistics.
Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and dispatch TAT.
Lead and manage warehouse, packaging, dispatch, and operations teams.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Vendors, and Logistics partners.
Prepare MIS, operational reports, and KPI dashboards.




Implement SOPs, resolve operational issues, and drive cost and process optimization.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of relevant Operations experience.
Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is mandatory.
Experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Beauty, or Skincare preferred.
Solid knowledge of warehouse, inventory, logistics, RTO/NDR, returns, and dispatch operations.
Solid team management, leadership, Excel/MIS, and problem-solving skills.
