Manage day-to-day security operations across all client locations.
Ensure proper manpower deployment and arrange immediate replacements for absentees.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor security personnel.
Coordinate with clients regarding operational requirements, complaints, and issues.
Supervise Security Supervisors, Field Officers, and Security Guards.
Ensure guards follow SOPs, post orders, discipline, and client instructions.
Monitor attendance, overtime, leave, and manpower requirements.
Handle security incidents, emergencies, and client complaints.
Coordinate recruitment, deployment, induction, and training of security personnel.
Ensure statutory and client-specific compliance documents are maintained.
Monitor guard performance, grooming, discipline, and overall service quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports/MIS.
Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
