Position: Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations, including quotation and order processing, billing and payment coordination, documentation, data management, and ISO-related records. The role will require close coordination with Sales, Accounts, Dealers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, process customer/dealer orders, and coordinate for timely order execution.
Draft letters and documents required for payment release, confirm payments, and coordinate billing/invoicing.
Follow up with customers and dealers for pending payments and maintain payment records.
Prepare and maintain ISO audit-related documents, including DAN, Order Review Forms, Customer Feedback Forms, Dealer Questionnaires, and Dealer Agreements.




Maintain proper physical and digital filing of operational and customer-related documents.
Manage and regularly update data related to running Rate Contracts and coordinate documentation required for payment release.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of operational activities.

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in Operations, Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or Order Processing.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust documentation, data management, and follow-up skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
