Role & responsibilities
Plan and coordinate export shipments of finished formulation products, prepare and review export documentation.
Ensure compliance with guidelines such as WHO-GMP, GDP (Positive Distribution Practices), and importing country norms.
Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), shipping lines, and airlines, coordinate with internal teams: Production, Warehouse, QA, and Finance.
Manage customs clearance procedures and ensure timely filing of shipping bills, track and maintain export records for audit and reporting purposes.
