Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Apps Functional HRMS Consultant with robust expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate should have participated in 1 to 2 end-to-end Oracle HRMS implementations and possess strong functional consulting, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle HRMS modules.
Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules including:
Core HR
Payroll
Self-Service HR (SSHR)
Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
Participate in end-to-end implementation projects including:
Requirement gathering
Solution design
Configuration
Testing
User training
Go-live and hypercare support
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents, and test scripts.
Work closely with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, and workflow customizations.
Conduct SIT, UAT, and payroll validation activities.
Support production issues, change requests, and system enhancements.
Collaborate with business users,



HR teams, payroll teams, and project stakeholders.

Required Skills
Robust functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS R12/R12.2.
Hands-on experience in:
Core HR
Payroll
Self-Service HR (SSHR)
Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
Experience in payroll configurations including elements, balances, fast formulas, and statutory processes.
Understanding of HRMS data model and integration touchpoints.
Experience in preparing functional specifications for technical developments.
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and implementation lifecycle.

Mandatory Experience
4 to 8 years of Oracle HRMS functional experience.
1 to 2 full-cycle Oracle HRMS implementation projects.
Experience in support, enhancements, and rollout projects.
Exposure to Oracle Payroll processes and OTL configurations.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Oracle Advanced Benefits.
Experience with Workflow, AME, and HRMS integrations.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM migration projects will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
