10+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities products, with robust hands-on experience in

Oracle Utilities C2M

.
Experience in at least one or more full-cycle Oracle C2M implementations.
Strong understanding of utility business processes, including customer management, metering, billing, payments, and collections.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities application architecture and configuration.
Experience designing integrations between C2M and enterprise applications.
Experience with

REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, SQL, and web services

.
Robust database and SQL knowledge.
Experience with application performance, scalability, and troubleshooting.




Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution design documents.
Experience with

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

and cloud-based Oracle Utilities deployments.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms.
Knowledge of

MDM, MWM, CCS/CC&B;, and Oracle Utilities Network Management is an advantage.
Experience in smart metering, AMI, distributed energy resources, or up-to-date utility transformation programs.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
