Job Summary

We are a 36 year old Die Casting company (GDC, HPDC, LPDC) with machining and powder coating located in Narsapur Industrial Area near Honda. We have an opening for a hands on Operations Head to grow the team and manage all the Operations, Business Development, Production activities in the company apart from modernising the plant.

Responsibilities and Duties
Operations - running of the company
Business Development - responsible for growth of the company
Thorough Die Casting knowledge
Lean manufacturing
Cost control
Improved productivity and OEE
Modernization of the plant, IOT experience
Updated training facilities
IATF

Required Experience and Qualifications
Min 20 years experience in Gravity Die Casting and HPDC
Min 3 years experience in running Operations of the company
Diploma/ Graduate degree
Valuable communication and English skills must. Hindi is a plus
Knowledge of special processes like Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting, Powder Coating
Must have excellent 5S skills
