Role & responsibilities
Overseas end-to-end order management and Order-to-cash transactions from order entry to invoicing.
Execute operational reporting, data updates, and tracking using enterprise ERP platforms and Advance-excel
Conduct Root Cause Analysis on order holds, billing errros, and exception management to improve process efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with experience in FMCG,Retail and Manufacturing industry is preferred.
