Key Responsibilities
Carefully check jewellery items before packaging to ensure accuracy and proper condition.
Pack gold and jewellery products securely according to company standards.
Verify product details, item codes, quantities, weights, and required documentation before dispatch.
Ensure proper labelling and identification of packages.
Maintain accurate packaging and dispatch records.
Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and operations teams for timely order fulfilment.
Handle jewellery products with utmost care and responsibility.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company security procedures at all times.
Ensure the packaging area is clean, organised, and properly maintained.
Report any discrepancy, damage, shortage, or mismatch immediately to the concerned supervisor.
Assist with stock checking and reconciliation when required.
Follow all company SOPs related to jewellery handling, packaging, and dispatch.

Requirements
Previous experience in packaging, jewellery operations, inventory, or a similar role is preferred.




Experience in the gold/jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle valuable products responsibly.
Basic knowledge of weighing, counting, labelling, and record keeping.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Honest, reliable, and responsible attitude.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
