Role Description This part time Operations role supports the smooth running of online women’s yoga programs and is based in Indore with a hybrid work model, allowing some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating class schedules, managing enrollments, and communicating with trainers and participants via phone, email, and messaging platforms. The role involves tracking attendance, maintaining basic records, and supporting customer queries to ensure a positive, reliable experience.

The Operations team member may also assist with easy online outreach, updating class information,



and sharing feedback with leadership for continuous improvement. Working hours and specific responsibilities may be adjusted based on program needs and mutual agreement.

Qualifications
Robust organizational and time-management abilities for handling schedules, records, and multiple tasks.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with trainers, participants, and internal team members.
Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, video meeting platforms, messaging apps, and email) for daily operations.
Customer service mindset, with patience and empathy when supporting participants and resolving routine issues.
Ability to work independently and reliably in a hybrid setup, splitting time between Indore-based activities and work from home.
Interest in yoga, meditation, or wellness, with openness to learning more about the domain.
Prior experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support is beneficial but not mandatory.
