About Per4mance Guru

Per4mance Guru is an AI-native performance marketing agency, founded in 2020 and ranked among the top 10 agencies in India. We work with 80+ brands across India, the UAE and the US, including Shark Tank-featured brands, listed companies and global names. We're building a premium creative studio in-house, where AI video ads and brand films have to look like they were shot by a high-end production house.

Our creative direction comes from founders who care about cinematography as much as conversion.

The role

You'll be the hands-on maker behind our AI video output. You'll take a brief and a creative direction and turn them into premium, scroll-stopping videos using the best AI tools available. You'll sit in our office, work closely with the creative leadership, and help set the quality bar and workflows for the whole studio.

What you'll do

- Produce AI-generated video ads, product films and brand content from concept to final cut
- Build shots using Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, Magnific and similar tools. Stay current as new tools launch
- Execute the cinematography direction you're given: camera movement, lighting, lensing, colour, pacing, mood
- Keep characters, products and brand elements consistent across shots
- Edit, grade, sound-design and finish in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
- Write strong prompts, and document prompt libraries and workflows so the team can repeat what works
- Turn around ad variations quickly for performance testing, without losing quality




- Give constructive feedback to junior designers and freelancers, and help raise their output

What we're looking for

- A portfolio of AI video work that looks premium, not "AI-looking": cinematic, polished and brand-ready
- Experience with premium or well-known brands, or a track record of high-end work in fashion, beauty, luxury, D2C, real estate, automotive or similar
- Strong command of the image-to-video and text-to-video toolchain, and the judgment to pick the right tool for each shot
- A real eye for composition, motion, light and storytelling, ideally from a film, advertising or editing background
- Fluent in a professional editing and colour workflow
- Quick, self-driven and detail-obsessed, able to ship excellent work with minimal hand-holding
- Clear written English, since client communication is text-based

Good to have

- Experience with performance ads (Meta/YouTube) and knowing what makes a hook work
- Motion graphics (After Effects), 3D basics, or VFX/compositing skills
- Experience with AI voiceover, lip-sync and music tools
- Prior experience working with international clients
