About the roleWe’re looking for an AI Content Creator & Editor who understands how to turn ideas into engaging content. You’ll be responsible for creating content across text, visuals and short-form video, using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, production and editing, while ensuring everything still feels human, original and on-brand.

What you'll do

- Research topics, trends and ideas relevant to business, branding, marketing, technology and entrepreneurship.
- Develop social media posts, carousels, short-form videos and other content formats.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut and similar tools to create and enhance content.
- Write and edit strong hooks, captions, scripts and storytelling-led posts.
- Edit short-form videos/reels/long-form videos.
- Create simple, engaging visual content and carousels.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple LinkedIn-ready formats.
- Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Research competitors and identify content opportunities.
- Review performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Ensure all content is grammatically correct, visually polished and aligned with the brand.

What we're looking for




- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Good understanding of social media content and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with video editing and basic graphic design.
- Curious about AI and constantly experimenting with new tools.
- Ability to research a topic and turn it into compelling content.
- Good understanding of branding, marketing and social media.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio is preferred: personal projects count.

Bonus points

- Experience creating content for founders or personal brands.
- Knowledge of growth strategies.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva.
- Experience with AI video/image generation.
- Basic understanding of analytics and content performance.
