Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled AI Team Developer to join our growing technology team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining AI-powered applications and solutions. The role involves working with AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, automation, and software development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for business applications.
- Build and maintain AI-powered applications using Python and related technologies.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI APIs.
- Develop AI-based chatbots, automation tools, and intelligent applications.
- Work with APIs, databases, and third-party AI services.
- Assist with data preparation, testing, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases where required.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve AI applications.
- Collaborate with software developers, data teams, and other departments.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python and programming fundamentals.
- Basic to positive understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.




- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and database concepts.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and software development practices.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or LlamaIndex is an advantage.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or Generative AI.
- Freshers with strong AI/ML projects or relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience building chatbots, AI assistants, automation tools, or RAG applications.
