Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade intelligent systems and applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between AI research and practical software engineering. Instead of training foundational models from scratch, your primary focus will be implementing, fine-tuning, and scaling modern AI capabilities—including Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)—into reliable, customer-facing products.

You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and backend engineers to turn creative ideas into scalable code.

Core Responsibilities

- Application & Agentic Architecture: Design, program, and operate robust AI applications and autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Llamaindex.
- Model Integration & Workflow Design: Integrate pre-trained models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or open-source variants) into existing software infrastructure via secure APIs and microservices.
- Data & Context Engineering: Build scalable semantic search and retrieval architectures using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus) and implement advanced RAG workflows.
- Prompt & Context Optimization: Design and refine complex prompt engineering techniques, few-shot templates, and in-context learning guardrails to minimize model hallucinations.
- MLOps & Lifecycle Management: Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads. Monitor production performance,



track experiment versions (e.g., via MLflow or Weights & Biases), and evaluate model drift.
- AI Security & Governance: Implement evaluation metrics and safety guardrails to ensure the output of all deployed AI models is secure, aligned, fair, and compliant.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Languages: Mastery of Python and SQL is mandatory, along with basic proficiency in Linux environment commands.
- AI Frameworks: Deep familiarity with open-source machine learning and deep learning tools, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Infrastructure & Cloud: Experience containerizing applications with Docker and Kubernetes and deploying them onto major cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure).
- Software Fundamentals: Strong command over foundational data structures, algorithm design, software architecture design patterns, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills

- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to debug non-deterministic AI outputs and architect mitigations for common edge cases like token limit bottlenecks or retrieval failures.
- Communication: Ability to articulate trade-offs, system constraints, and underlying architectures clearly to cross-functional stakeholders who may not be technical.
- Continuous Learning: A proven track record of picking up rapidly evolving technologies, frameworks, and protocols (such as Model Context Protocol).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
