We are looking for an AI Specialist who can go beyond using AI tools — someone who can understand code, build AI-powered tools, develop AI agents, work with cloud infrastructure, and turn business requirements into working AI solutions.

Job Overview

As an AI Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered tools and automation systems for Digital Jockey and its clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across AI, coding, cloud platforms, VPS servers, SSH, APIs, automation, AI agents, and rapid/vibe coding workflows.

You should be able to take an idea such as:

“We need an AI tool that can automate this business process.”

and turn it into a functional AI-powered solution.

Key Responsibilities1. AI Tool Development

- Research and evaluate new AI technologies, models, platforms, and APIs.
- Build custom AI-powered tools for internal and client requirements.
- Integrate AI models into websites, applications, dashboards, and business workflows.
- Develop AI solutions using APIs from leading AI platforms.
- Create AI-powered content, automation, lead-generation, analysis, and productivity tools.
- Test and improve AI tools for accuracy, reliability, speed, and scalability.

2. AI Agent Development

- Build and deploy AI Agents capable of performing multi-step tasks.
- Create agent workflows using APIs, tools, databases, and external services.
- Develop AI systems that can research, analyze, communicate, automate tasks, and take predefined actions.
- Connect AI agents with CRM systems, websites, marketing platforms, databases, and business applications.
- Continuously improve agent performance and reliability.

3. Coding & Vibe Coding

- Write, understand, debug, modify, and maintain code.
- Use AI-assisted/Vibe Coding workflows to rapidly prototype and develop applications.
- Convert business ideas and prompts into functional software.
- Work with AI coding assistants to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
- Understand existing codebases and make required modifications without breaking functionality.
- Troubleshoot bugs, API errors, authentication issues, and integration problems.

4. Cloud, VPS & Server Management

- Deploy AI tools and applications on VPS/cloud servers.
- Work with Linux-based environments.
- Use SSH for remote server access and management.
- Configure applications, environments, domains, ports, databases, and services.
- Install and manage required packages, dependencies, and runtime environments.
- Monitor applications and troubleshoot server-related issues.
- Understand basic server security, backups, permissions,



and deployment practices.

5. API & Automation

- Work with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Connect AI tools with platforms such as CRM, Google, Meta, websites, databases, and other business applications.
- Build automated workflows that reduce repetitive manual work.
- Develop systems for data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Create integrations between multiple software platforms.

6. Automotive AI Solutions Digital Jockey works extensively with the automotive industry, so the candidate should be interested in building AI solutions for automotive dealerships and automotive marketing.

Responsibilities may include

- Developing AI tools for automotive dealerships.
- Building AI-powered vehicle inventory solutions.
- Automating vehicle listing creation and publishing.
- Developing AI-generated vehicle descriptions, advertisements, and marketing content.
- Creating AI solutions for lead management and lead qualification.
- Building AI-powered follow-up and communication systems.
- Working with vehicle inventory feeds and automotive data.
- Creating AI systems for dealership marketing automation.
- Exploring AI solutions for Google Ads, Meta Ads, Marketplace, CRM, and automotive websites.
- Developing tools that help dealerships manage thousands of vehicles and marketing activities efficiently.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in software development, AI development, automation, or a related technical role.

Freshers with strong hands-on AI development projects, coding skills, and a demonstrable portfolio may also be considered.
