Role Description The AI & Robotics Trainer (STEM Trainer) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam Taluka. This role involves delivering structured training sessions on robotics, AI concepts, and related STEM topics to students and trainees in classroom and lab environments.

The trainer designs and updates curricula, prepares teaching materials, and conducts practical demonstrations using robotic systems and welding robots. Daily responsibilities include supervising hands-on lab work, guiding learners in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer also collaborates with other educators, maintains equipment and safety protocols,



and contributes to continuous improvement of training programs aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

- Robotics domain skills: proficiency in Robotics and Robot operations, including programming, configuration, and safe handling.
- Industrial robotics skills: experience with Robotic Welding processes and applications in manufacturing or training environments.
- Maintenance and support skills: ability to perform Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance on robotic systems and related equipment.
- Strong STEM foundation: solid understanding of engineering or technology principles relevant to AI, automation, and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Training and facilitation skills: experience in teaching, mentoring, or delivering technical training, with clear communication and presentation abilities.
- Educational background: diploma or degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related STEM field.
- Additional beneficial skills: familiarity with basic AI concepts, safety standards in labs and workshops, curriculum development, and learner assessment methods.
- Qualified attributes: ability to work on-site, manage classes and labs, collaborate with teams, and adapt training content to diverse learner needs.
