Role Description The AI Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and iteration. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves collaborating with engineering, data science, design, and operations teams to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.

Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business needs into clear product specifications, prioritizing features, overseeing experiments and pilots, and ensuring products are outcome-driven and aligned with enterprise customer goals. The AI Product Manager will interface regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to collect feedback, refine solutions, and manage releases. The role also includes monitoring performance,



identifying new opportunities for AI-powered capabilities, and ensuring ethical, responsible use of AI within products.

Qualifications

- Product management skills, including defining product vision, creating roadmaps, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Experience in Program Management skills.
- Experience working with AI/ML or data-driven products, collaborating with data science and engineering teams, and interpreting technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong user and customer research capabilities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and translating insights into clear product specifications.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define KPIs, analyze product performance, and make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strength in storytelling, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in enterprise or B2B products, preferably in technology or AI-driven solutions, with experience working closely with client-facing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced environment, with a proactive approach, ownership mindset, and commitment to responsible, human-centered AI.
