We are seeking an offshore AI Operations Engineer to help build and support enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. This individual will focus on AI platform operations, monitoring, governance, automation, and observability rather than model development or data science.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise platforms, building monitoring and reporting solutions, automating operational processes, and establishing governance around AI systems, agents, and related assets. This person will help build operational controls, usage reporting, cost monitoring, alerting, and AI governance capabilities from the ground up.

Skills and Requirements

- Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, MLOps, or AI Platform Engineering
- Solid Python and automation/scripting experience
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, JSON, and enterprise systems
- AWS or similar cloud experience
- Experience with monitoring, observability, logging, alerting, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting operational issues
- Understanding of AI platforms, AI agents, or LLM-based applications
- Ability to build processes, governance, and operational frameworks from scratch
- OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic,



Claude, or AWS Bedrock experience
- Experience with AI agents, RAG, MCP, LangChain, or LangGraph
- AI observability or AI monitoring experience
- Cost monitoring, FinOps, or usage analytics experience
- IAM, SSO, RBAC, or enterprise security experience
- Experience supporting enterprise AI platforms in production
