We are looking for a young, energetic and multi-skilled professional who can become part of our residential school community as an AI & IT Teacher, Digital Marketing Executive and Student Mentor.

This is not a conventional 9-to-5 computer teacher position. We are looking for someone who enjoys teaching children, experimenting with AI and technology, creating digital content, shooting and editing videos, managing social media and living and working in a school community.

Key Responsibilities1. AI & IT Teaching

Teach students practical and future-oriented technology skills, including:

- Computer fundamentals and digital literacy
- Internet and online research skills
- Artificial Intelligence fundamentals
- Generative AI and responsible use of AI
- ChatGPT and other useful AI tools
- Prompt writing/prompt engineering basics
- Canva and digital design
- Presentations and productivity tools
- Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Basic coding and computational thinking
- Cyber safety and responsible digital citizenship
- Emerging technology appropriate to school students

The teacher should make technology practical, creative and project-based, rather than limiting classes to textbook computer education.

1. School Digital Marketing

Take responsibility for strengthening SHANA International School's online presence.

Responsibilities may include

- Managing the school's social media platforms
- Creating and maintaining a regular content calendar
- Creating posts, reels, stories and short videos
- Covering school activities, events and student achievements
- Writing basic captions and promotional content
- Creating admission-related digital content
- Supporting Facebook/Instagram campaigns
- Basic SEO and online visibility
- Updating digital listings and school information




- Monitoring engagement and basic social media analytics
- Helping build the school's digital brand

1. Photography, Videography & Video Editing

The candidate should be comfortable capturing everyday school life.

Expected skills include

- Shooting good-quality photographs and videos
- Recording student activities, classroom projects, sports and events
- Creating Instagram/Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Editing short-form videos
- Adding music, subtitles, transitions and graphics
- Creating thumbnails and posters
- Turning ordinary school activities into engaging digital stories

Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora or similar platforms will be an advantage.

1. Residential Student Mentor

Since this is a residential position, the selected candidate will also become part of the larger student-learning environment.

The role may involve

- Mentoring students beyond regular classroom hours
- Helping students with technology-based projects
- Conducting creative evening/weekend activities
- Supporting students interested in AI, coding, filmmaking and digital creation
- Encouraging responsible use of phones, computers and the internet
- Helping students develop confidence, creativity and independent learning habits
- Participating in selected residential-school activities and events

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with a BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. IT/Computer Science, Diploma in IT/Multimedia/Digital Marketing, or similar qualification may apply.

However, for this position, practical skills, creativity, attitude and ability to work with students will be given significant importance.

Freshers with strong practical skills and a good portfolio may also apply.
