AI is now part of how we research, create, and ship work every day. We are looking for an AI Specialist Intern who doesn't just use AI tools but connects them, tests them, and figures out how to make them do real work for real brands.

The Role

You will sit at the point where AI meets execution. One day that means building an automation that links ChatGPT or Claude to a Google Sheet, a form, and a Slack channel. The next day it means producing a 30-second AI video for a hospitality client, then cutting it into Reels and stories in Canva or CapCut.

This is a role for someone who has a folder full of experiments, opens every new tool the week it launches, and can tell you honestly which ones are useful and which ones are just a good demo.

What You'll Own

- AI tool integration: connecting AI models with the tools we already use (Google Workspace, Sheets, Drive, Notion, Slack, forms, CRMs) through Zapier, Make, n8n, or APIs, so repetitive work runs on its own
- Workflow building: turning manual team tasks like research summaries, content briefs, caption drafts, and reporting into repeatable AI-assisted workflows
- AI video production: creating short-form brand videos, product visuals, and concept films using text-to-video and image-to-video tools (Runway, Kling, Google Veo, Pika,



or equivalent)
- AI voice and avatar work: voiceovers, dubbing, and presenter-style videos using tools like ElevenLabs and HeyGen, used within clear brand and consent rules
- AI image generation: moodboards, campaign concepts, and post visuals using Midjourney, Firefly, Gemini, or ChatGPT image tools
- Design and editing: building and polishing posts, carousels, decks, and video edits in Canva, with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Figma as a plus
- Prompt libraries: writing, testing, and documenting prompts that work for each client and each format, so the whole team can reuse them
- Tool scouting: tracking new AI launches and updates, testing them on real briefs, and sharing a short, honest note on what is worth adopting
- Supporting the strategy, content, SMM, and GEO teams with fast AI-powered execution when deadlines are tight

What We're Looking For

- Students, recent graduates, or freshers with up to 1 year of experience in design, video, marketing, computer science, or any field, as long as the work speaks
- Hands-on experience making AI videos: you can show us at least a few pieces you made, and walk us through the tools and steps behind them
- Working comfort with Canva: layouts, brand kits, templates, Reels and post formats
- Basic understanding of how automation tools connect apps (triggers, actions, webhooks).



Knowing a bit of Python, JavaScript, or API basics is a big plus
- Positive working knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, and an understanding of what each is better at
- A visual eye: you can tell when an AI output looks cheap and you know how to fix it
- Responsible use instinct: you respect copyright, client data, and consent, and you never create content of real people without permission
- Curiosity that doesn't switch off, and the patience to test something ten times until it works
- Comfort with fast turnarounds and switching between multiple brands in a single day

Bonus Points If You

- Have built a working automation, bot, or small AI tool that someone actually used
- Run a personal page, channel, or portfolio of AI-made content
- Know Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Figma
- Have played with AI agents, custom GPTs, Claude Projects, or MCP connectors
- Have created content for hospitality, automobile, or lifestyle brands
- Are based in Jaipur or ready to relocate
