The Role
Prepreater is hiring an AI Growth Lead to bring our AI products to cafes, offices, and small businesses across Pune.
This is a commission-first, high-ownership role. You'll build and lead a small team as you help grow our customer base from the ground up.
What You'll Own
- Pitch and close local businesses on Prepreater's AI products
- Represent Prepreater through community events, local marketing, and relationship-building
- Recruit, train, and lead a small team as the business grows
- Help shape how Prepreater brings new offers to market — real ownership, not just execution
- Work directly with the founder on growth and business development
Who We're Looking For
- A confident closer who's comfortable selling to small or local businesses
- Someone who can explain AI products clearly to non-technical business owners
- Has led or built a small team before,
or is ready to grow into that responsibility
- Based in Pune and comfortable working from our office and meeting businesses in person
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership in a fast-moving, early-stage workplace
Compensation
- Commission-based, with a monthly onboarding stipend
- Earn on your own closed deals, with additional earning potential tied to your team's performance as you build it out
- Full compensation and commission structure shared during the interview process
