Description:
AI Engineer within the ELM Platform Team hands-on design, development, and deployment of AI agents and chatbots on IBM Engineering AI Hub; building and maintaining MCP Servers to expose ELM tool data (DOORS Next artifacts, EWM work items, ETM test cases) as structured tool interfaces for LLMs; designing RAG pipelines using ELM knowledge bases (standards documents, requirement templates, process guidelines) to ground AI responses in engineering-domain context; integrating LLMs via secure backend services into engineering workflows; engineering chatbot solutions for natural language interaction with ELM data; ensuring AI-generated outputs are traceable, auditable, and compatible with ASPICE/ISO 26262 workflows; supporting adoption through technical enablement and issue resolution.
