Role Description The AI Filmmaker role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The AI Filmmaker will collaborate with directors, producers, writers, and motion designers to conceptualize and execute film, commercial, and branded content projects using both traditional and AI-driven workflows.

Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in ideation and script development, planning shots and visual treatments, overseeing or supporting production on set, and working closely with post-production teams to integrate AI-generated visuals, edits, and effects.



The role involves experimenting with AI tools for previsualization, storyboarding, animatics, and creative enhancements, while ensuring that each project maintains narrative coherence and high production value. The AI Filmmaker will also help refine creative processes, document best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement in AI-assisted filmmaking within the studio.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Film Direction and Scriptwriting, with the ability to shape narrative, visual style, and tone across diverse formats.
- Experience in Film Production and Video Production, including planning shoots, coordinating with crew, and managing on-set workflows.
- Proficiency in Post-Production, with familiarity in editing, color grading, motion graphics, and integrating AI-generated assets.
- Comfort working with AI-powered creative tools for previsualization, content generation, and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of current filmmaking trends, digital content platforms, and best practices for visual storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary studio environment and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Relevant education in film, media, animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating storytelling skills, technical proficiency, and openness to innovative production methods.
