We are seeking an experienced AI Developer / AI Platform Support Engineer to design, build, support, and scale AI-driven solutions across the enterprise. This role combines hands-on development with platform enablement and operational support, with a strong focus on AI chatbots, conversational AI, and applied machine learning in a pharmaceutical or life sciences setting.

The ideal candidate has recent, practical experience developing and supporting AI chatbots in production, understands regulated data environments, and can collaborate closely with business, IT, and compliance stakeholders. This resource can sit in Bengaluru or Hyderabad and must go on-site 3 days a week to client site.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience

-5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, and/or Master Data Management (MDM)

-3-5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, platform engineering, or related technical roles

-2+ years of hands-on Full Stack AI Engineering experience, including development and deployment of AI-driven applications

-Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting AI chatbots or conversational AI solutions in production environments

-Strong Python development experience for AI, machine learning, and backend services

-Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

-Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns

-Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI solutions, prompt engineering, and AI service integration

-Experience supporting production platforms with accountability for reliability, uptime, monitoring, and issue resolution

-Strong analytical, troubleshooting,



communication, and stakeholder management skills

-Experience working in regulated environments with data privacy, security, and compliance requirements -Experience with MLOps and/or LLMOps practices, tools, and deployment pipelines

-Familiarity with AI orchestration platforms, agent frameworks, and multi-agent architectures

-Experience with vector databases, enterprise search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge retrieval systems

-Exposure to data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data stewardship processes

-Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM platforms such as Salesforce

-Experience within life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries

-Experience supporting both internal enterprise products and external client-facing AI solutions

-Experience collaborating with business, IT, data, and compliance teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities
