This is not a traditional sales role or a traditional developer role.

You will be part of a cross-functional AI team where you will learn and work across the complete customer journey — from finding a prospect to understanding requirements, demonstrating solutions, coordinating development, delivering projects and growing customer relationships.

? What You’ll Work On? Sales & Lead Generation

- Identify and qualify potential customers
- Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels
- Understand customer business requirements
- Follow up with prospects and support conversions

? Product Demo & Walkthrough

- Conduct demos of Capnis SaaS products
- Present websites, mobile apps and software solutions
- Explain product features and business benefits
- Conduct online product walkthroughs

? Business Analysis

- Understand customer requirements
- Prepare requirement documents and SRS
- Convert business requirements into software features
- Prepare proposals, quotations and project plans

? Project Coordination

- Coordinate with development teams
- Track project tasks and deadlines
- Communicate project updates to customers
- Coordinate testing, feedback and delivery

? AI-Assisted Development

- Use AI coding tools to build and modify applications
- Assist in website, web application and mobile application development
- Debug and troubleshoot applications
- Learn modern development tools and technologies

? Marketing & Growth

- Support SEO and digital marketing activities
- Create content using AI tools
- Support WhatsApp, email and social media campaigns
- Generate and nurture new business opportunities

? Customer Success

- Support customer onboarding




- Conduct training and product walkthroughs
- Understand customer feedback
- Identify opportunities for additional services and products
