AI Architect / Principal AI Architect

We are looking for a highly hands-on AI Architect who can architect, code, and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions from scratch to production. The ideal candidate should combine deep AI engineering expertise with strong AI orchestration, system architecture, coding, integration, and product ionization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions from scratch, not just design/consult.
- Design robust AI orchestration across models, agents, APIs, data platforms and enterprise applications.
- Build scalable GenAI/LLM, Agentic AI, ML and enterprise AI architectures.
- Remain hands-on with coding, prototyping and technical implementation.
- Own architecture across data ingestion model/LLM layer orchestration APIs/integration deployment monitoring.
- Drive technical decisions around scalability, security, performance, reliability and cost.
- Define reusable AI architecture/frameworks and take solutions through PoC to enterprise production.
- Mentor engineering teams while continuing to contribute technically.

Ideal Profile

- Principal Architect / Principal AI Architect / Solution Architect level.
- Technically very strong with proven hands-on AI architecture and coding experience.
- Strong experience in AI/LLM orchestration, Agentic AI, GenAI, RAG, APIs/microservices and cloud AI platforms.




- Proven record of building and deploying enterprise AI platforms/products from the ground up.
- Strong data architecture/integration understanding is highly preferred.
- Should have owned the actual technical solution, rather than primarily managing projects, vendors or client engagements.

Recruiter Sourcing Guidelines

Prioritize

- Candidates from product-based organizations, particularly enterprise data/platform/product businesses.
- Profiles working on enterprise-scale AI/data products and platforms.
- Look for environments similar to enterprise data/platform businesses (EX: Oracle company has such business verticals you may target it) where candidates may have architected complex AI/data solutions.
- Strong evidence of architecture + orchestration + hands-on coding + production implementation.

Avoid / De-prioritize

- Predominantly service-based organization profiles, especially candidates focused mainly on customer delivery/consulting.
- Profiles heavily centered around RFQ/RFP, proposals, pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, bid management or client coordination without solid hands-on implementation.
- Architects who are primarily managerial/governance-focused and no longer code.
- Candidates whose experience is mainly PoCs without production-scale implementation ownership.
