Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Finance to lead the Accounts & Finance function for a reputed real estate/property development company. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with strong experience in real estate finance, project accounting, statutory compliance, reporting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Accounts & Finance operations.
- Handle Indian accounting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage real estate project accounting and RERA-related accounting.
- Prepare and monitor MIS, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.




- Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and financial systems.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounts & Finance team.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
