Role & responsibilities

- Develop and deploy the Business Excellence roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact improvement and transformation opportunities across the value chain.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, quality, throughput, yield, working capital, and customer service.
- Establish a structured governance mechanism for tracking strategic and operational improvement projects.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and fact-based decision-making across the organization.

Operational Excellence Steel Operations
- Drive improvement initiatives across key steel-making and downstream processes such as:
- Raw material handling and preparation





Preferred candidate profile BE/BTECH with exp in steel manufacturing industry / exp in business excellence / C. Continuous Improvement

- Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, Kaizen, 5S, and other appropriate improvement methodologies.
- Lead RCA, DMAIC, PDCA, FMEA, Pareto, Fishbone, and other structured problem-solving exercises.
- Establish and institutionalize standard work, SOPs, visual management, and process-control systems.
- Build internal capability through training and coaching of improvement teams.
