Agentic AI Developer

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Chennai / Coimbatore / Pune / Bangalore (Hybrid)

We are looking for an Agentic AI Developer with strong Python engineering skills and hands-on experience building, deploying and scaling AI agents using GenAI technologies.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and deploy AI agents and multi-agent solutions using the Agentic AI suite.
- Build and apply agent harnessing concepts to orchestrate, control and monitor agent behavior.
- Develop scalable, production-grade backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate GenAI models and agents with enterprise systems, data sources and tools.
- Deploy, monitor and maintain agents in production environments.
- Apply software engineering best practices: clean code, testing, code reviews and documentation.
- Work in an Agile setup, collaborating with architects, data teams and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide guidance to junior engineers.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Python.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI technologies.
- 2-3 years of experience with the Agentic AI suite.
- Hands-on experience in agent deployment and agent harnessing concepts.
- Experience building scalable systems.




- Strong experience with FastAPI.
- Strong software engineering expertise and Agile methodology.
- Working knowledge of Machine Learning.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with GCP cloud platform.
- Exposure to AI coding tools. Primary Skill Agentic AI Developer with solid hands-on experience in Python, GenAI and Agentic AI (agent development, deployment and harnessing).
