About the Role

Connecting Dots ERP is looking for an experienced Agentic AI Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training on AI agents, automation, and real-world AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical training on Agentic AI and AI Agents.
- Explain AI agent architecture, workflows, tools, and decision-making systems.
- Provide hands-on training using LLMs, APIs, AI frameworks, and automation tools.
- Guide learners in building AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Cover prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, memory, and agent orchestration.
- Provide real-world projects, assignments, and case studies.
- Assist learners with project development and technical queries.

Required Skills




- Robust hands-on experience in Agentic AI / Generative AI.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, APIs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
- Experience with frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of Python and AI/ML concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts through practical examples.

Experience 3+ years of relevant AI/ML or Generative AI experience preferred
