Role Overview We are looking for an Agentic AI Developer with strong Python engineering expertise and hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI agents using GenAI and Agentic AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent solutions.
- Apply agent harnessing concepts to orchestrate, control, and monitor agent behavior.
- Develop scalable, production-grade backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate GenAI models and agents with enterprise systems, data sources, and tools.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI agents in production.
- Follow software engineering best practices including clean coding, testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, data teams,



and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Prepare technical documentation and guide junior engineers.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong Python expertise.
- 4+ years of hands-on GenAI experience.
- 2–3 years of Agentic AI experience.
- Hands-on experience in agent deployment and harnessing concepts.
- Experience building scalable systems.
- Strong FastAPI experience.
- Robust software engineering and Agile experience.
- Working knowledge of Machine Learning.
- Excellent communication skills.
