We're Hiring: Operations & Client Success Associate (Internship → Full-time)

Metarise is a Canada-based performance marketing agency serving clients globally. We help businesses generate consistent leads through Meta Ads, lead generation systems, and CRM automation.

We are looking for an organized, driven individual to manage day-to-day agency operations and ensure every client receives a professional, seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client onboarding, from welcome communication to campaign launch
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients
- Manage our CRM, including pipelines, follow-ups, and lead tracking
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of work
- Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and workspaces for agency operations
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting

Requirements (Mandatory)

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Completed a digital marketing course covering lead generation, marketing funnels, and CRM
- Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of how lead generation works for businesses
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels
- Comfortable learning and using tools such as Notion, Miro, Google Workspace, CRMs,



and AI tools
- Available to work 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday

Preferred

- Prior experience in a marketing agency, customer support, or operations role

Compensation

- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month stipend
- Performance-based incentives
- Full-time offer upon successful completion of the internship
