Aastha Face Hospital is a comprehensive facial healthcare center backed by over 30 years of clinical excellence.

The hospital currently has an operational Dental Unit and Hair Unit, providing active patient care and treatment. The Maxillofacial Department is led by a dedicated Maxillofacial Surgeon, with the Aesthetician working alongside the surgeon and clinical team for patient coordination, counselling, follow-ups, and clinical assistance wherever required.

As part of the hospital's next phase of expansion, Facial Aesthetics, Skin Care, and Plastic Surgery services are being developed and will be introduced progressively.

We are looking for an Aesthetician (BDS) who can become an integral part of our growing clinical team, contributing to our Hair Restoration and Maxillofacial services currently, while gradually taking on responsibilities within our upcoming Facial Aesthetics and Skin Care division.

Role Overview The Aesthetician will work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, supporting Hair Restoration and Maxillofacial patient care under the supervision and direction of the treating doctors.

The role will include patient counselling, treatment coordination, follow-ups, documentation, clinical assistance, and patient-care responsibilities.

As the hospital's Facial Aesthetics and Skin Care services become operational, the role will progressively expand to include skin consultations and aesthetic procedures for which the candidate is trained and authorized.

The position offers an opportunity to grow within a developing multidisciplinary healthcare setup and build expertise across Hair Restoration, Maxillofacial Patient Care, Skin Care, and Facial Aesthetics.

Job Responsibilities

1. Hair Restoration – Current Responsibilities

- Conduct initial consultations for patients with hair loss and hair restoration concerns.
- Assess scalp and hair condition and document relevant patient history.
- Counsel patients regarding Hair Transplant and other hair restoration solutions.
- Explain the treatment process, preparation, expected outcomes, and aftercare to patients.
- Coordinate with the treating doctor during Hair Transplant consultations and procedures.
- Assist the clinical team during procedures whenever required.
- Maintain regular patient follow-ups throughout the treatment journey.
- Educate patients regarding pre- and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and follow-up details.
- Ensure proper coordination between the patient, treating doctor, and clinical team.

1. Maxillofacial & Dental Department – Current Responsibilities

The Aesthetician will work alongside the Maxillofacial Surgeon and Dental team.

Responsibilities will include

- Assist the Maxillofacial Surgeon and Dental team with patient coordination and clinical workflow.
- Coordinate patient appointments,



consultations, investigations, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Assist in explaining the treatment journey and general pre- and post-procedure instructions as directed by the treating doctor.
- Maintain regular communication with patients regarding appointments and follow-ups.
- Assist with patient preparation and clinical coordination whenever required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per hospital protocols.
- Support the treating team in ensuring a smooth and comfortable patient experience.
- Escalate clinical questions or concerns to the Maxillofacial Surgeon or concerned treating doctor and avoid providing independent clinical advice outside the scope of the role.
- Follow all hospital protocols relating to hygiene, infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality.

1. Facial Aesthetics & Skin Care – Upcoming Responsibilities

As Aastha Face Hospital launches its Facial Aesthetics and Skin Care services, the selected candidate will progressively take responsibility for:

- Conducting professional skin consultations and basic skin assessments.
- Understanding patients' skin concerns and documenting relevant history.
- Recommending appropriate treatments according to established hospital protocols and under the guidance of the treating doctor.
- Performing procedures such as HydraFacial, MediFacial, Chemical Peels, and other aesthetic treatments for which the candidate is appropriately trained.
- Educating patients regarding treatment procedures, expected outcomes, precautions, and aftercare.
- Preparing patients for aesthetic procedures and ensuring appropriate post-treatment care.
- Assisting doctors during advanced aesthetic procedures whenever required.
- Maintaining treatment records, photographs, consent documentation, and follow-up details as per hospital protocols.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, sterilization, infection control, and treatment-room preparation.
- Participating in training as recent aesthetic procedures, technologies, and protocols are introduced.

1. Patient Counselling & Experience

- Build professional and comfortable relationships with patients.
- Understand patient concerns and communicate treatment information clearly and responsibly.
- Explain treatment processes and patient-care instructions as directed by the treating doctor.
- Ensure patients understand their appointments, treatment schedule, and follow-up requirements.
- Address routine patient queries and coordinate with the treating doctor whenever clinical clarification is required.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the patient's treatment journey.
- Contribute to a premium, organized, and patient-focused experience at Aastha Face Hospital.

1. Future Multidisciplinary Responsibilities





As the hospital expands its Facial Aesthetics, Skin Care, and Plastic Surgery services, the role may progressively include:

- Working alongside Maxillofacial Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary facial-care environment.
- Supporting patient coordination for advanced facial aesthetic and surgical procedures.
- Assisting doctors with appropriate pre- and post-procedure patient care.
- Supporting the implementation of new aesthetic treatments and technologies.
- Developing expertise across Hair Restoration, Maxillofacial Patient Care, Skin Care, and Facial Aesthetics.
- Participating in ongoing clinical training and professional development.

Requirements
- Diploma/Certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Skin Care, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, cosmetology center, hair clinic, dental clinic, or healthcare setup will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant training and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Strong communication, counselling, and patient relationship skills.
- Confidence in explaining treatment procedures to patients.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and clinical protocols.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors and a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt as new departments, treatments, and technologies are introduced.

Working Hours Morning: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

With experience, training, and demonstrated performance, the candidate can develop into a broader role within the hospital's Aesthetic & Facial Care Division.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
