AEM Full-Stack Developer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AEM Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support AEM-based digital experiences across AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, AEM components, templates, workflows, APIs, and integrations, along with a good understanding of AEM architecture and authoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Build scalable and reusable AEM solutions following development best practices.
- Support content authors and business users with solid knowledge of the AEM authoring environment.
- Integrate AEM with internal enterprise systems and third-party applications using REST APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Work on AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms implementations and enhancements.
- Contribute to solution design, architecture, platform performance, security, scalability, and stability.
- Support localization, multilingual websites, and multi-site management (MSM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and AEM platform issues.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Operations, Architects, and external partner teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and technical documentation.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and CI/CD practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers when required.

- Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience with AEM workflows and workflow customization.
- Understanding of localization, multilingual implementations, and Multi Site Manager (MSM).
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) or Adobe Managed Services (AMS).
- Experience with Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Launch/Tags.
- Knowledge of Web Accessibility / WCAG standards.
- Experience with AEM performance optimization.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation.
- Adobe AEM certification is preferred.
