Role & responsibilities
: -
- Provide legal advice and support to the organization.
- Draft and review letters, notices, contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and policies.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Prepare and present legal reports to management.
- Follow up and update dairy in respect of company matters
- Appear before Hon'ble courts and authority
- Online filing of court documents
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications : -
- Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- Registered with the Bar Council of India.
- Valuable typing speed including Marathi typing
