About the Role

Junior Patient Care Administration Executive

Location: Mohali

Responsibilities
Coordinate patient care services and caregiver deployment.
Manage patient inquiries and service requests.
Schedule and assign caregivers as per patient requirements.
Maintain patient records and service documentation.
Coordinate with the operations, nursing, and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up with patients and caregivers regarding service quality.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to home healthcare operations.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
0–2 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or operations.

Required Skills
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Healthcare background preferred.
