Role and Responsibilities
Maintaining bedside cleanliness and ensuring personal hygiene of patients.
Providing assistance with bedside cases and facilitating bedside toilet facilities.
Ensuring consistent and appropriate patient care to promote effectiveness and safety in medication use.
Collaborating with the management team to support and enhance patient care processes.
Actively participating in departmental quality initiatives and contributing to data collection efforts.
Requirements
Applicant should possess 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in healthcare or patient care would be advantageous.
Solid attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
