Responsibilities
Provide consistent and effective patient care, ensuring the appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety of medication use.
Maintain suitable trackers and meet deadlines through proactive communications.
Coordinate and organize team communications, plan events both internally and offsite.
Implement and manage overall marketing strategy, communication, and budget allocation across different marketing channels.
Handle client communication independently, including client interfacing and lead conversion.
Support worker communication and collaborate closely with management teams.
Train staff on effective sales and communication strategies for patient care processes.

Requirements
0 to 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Auxiliary Nursing Midwife.




Skills in patient care, robust communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with good presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrating a team player attitude.
Familiarity with medical protocols and ensuring patient safety.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Nursing or Healthcare is preferred.
