Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated graduate fresher with strong analytical and organizational skills to join our People Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a positive understanding of MS Excel, computer applications, and data management processes, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, data management).
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
